1. Open MS Paint and select an image. I'll be using This image:

2. Zoom in. You can zoom as much or as little as you want. This step is optional.

3. Now, use the pencil (or brush, whatever you want) and trace everything. Its okay if you mess up; it makes it look even MORE like a scribble! You might want to trace it many times to give it the scribble-ish look. There! Now your done. Finished product:
