And replace inspetsname with your desired pets name, inscolor with your desired color, and mood with happy, sad, angey, or sick. For example,

2. Choose your desired image. I will be picking this one:

Open up Paint.net and paste it on your canvas. After that, go to image>>Crop to Selection. Your image should look like this:

3. Click on the Magic Wand Tool

And select the part of the image that you want to glitter. Go to Effects>>Noise>>Add Noise. Adjust the settings to whatever you want and keep doing this until you've glittered everything you want.

4. Paste the image again two times as a new image and do step 3.

5. Add credit and enjoy!
