If you've owned a site, you'd probably know what staff means. Staff is basically people working for a site. They
will make graphics or write guides/tutorials. Having active staff is a joy to any site owner, but there can be not-
so-happy moments, too, if you know what I mean.
Model Staff
The model staff member will try hard to be active. He/She will make a lot of quality content to the site
and update almost daily. They are very nice and chat a lot with visitors, too.
These are the best staff anyone can get!
OK Staff
These people meet the staff requirements weekly, and updates at least twice a week. They submit OK content and are
partially active.
Lazy Staff
The lazy staff member will update once a month or maybe less, and rarely make anything. These are certainly NOT a
joy to have! You will have to send them an e-mail concering the matter.
There are some differences between lazy staff and hiatus staff: The lazy staff member:
Makes around 3 graphics a month (maybe a little more, a little less)
Responds to your every e-mail, but rarely updates
Says sorry and they will do better "next time" when you tell them to be more active
The hiatus staff member will never respond to any e-mail you send them and don't make any content
for months.
Stealing Staff
This staff member is blacklisted and you just found out! Uh Oh! You will have to send them an e-mail about the matter
(I wrote another guide about that). If they responds in a nasty way, then simply block them. These people can
update either regularly or occasionally.
Conclusion
In conclusion, there are many types or staff. Some are good, some are bad.
