So theres a staff member that stole? Inactive? Rude? Then you'll have to let them go! In this guide is some tips to help you write a good and effective "letting go" e-mail to your staff!

The E-mail (stealing)

If the staff member stole, you would say something like this:

Hello Person,
It has come to my attention that you have taken something off *Site Name* without permission and submitted it to *your site name*. Please do not deny this, because I have proof *proof link(s)*. I am sorry, but I will have to let you go. This is for your good and mine.
Sincerely,
Teesh

If Person says something like this:

Hello Teesh,
I am sorry for stealing from *Site Name*. (blah blah blah blah)
From
Person

Then the matter is over. Everything ends well and everyone (almost) is happy, end of story.
BUT if Person said something like this:

Hey! I DIDN'T STEAL! YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO FIRE ME! I DID NOT STEAL! (BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH)

Then just simply block them. If they behave like that, then its their problem. DO NOT put them on your wall of shame! Its illegal.

The E-mail (Inactive)

Is the staff member painfully inactive? Fret no more! Simply edit and send this letter!

Dear Person,
You have been very inactive for the past *weeks or months*. I am sorry, but I'll have to let you go. Please do not be angry, for this is for our good. Thank you for your cooperation

The E-mail (Rudeness)

Have a really rude staff member that scares away visitors? Don't worry! This sample e-mail will help you!

Person,
You have been rude to *visitor name(s)*. Please do not deny this, because I have proof, *proof (screenies)*. I am very sorry, but I will have to let you go, as because this is for our own good. Thank you for your cooperation,
